Trillia Newbell joins Kristie Anyabwile on the porch to discuss her edited volume, “Women on Life: A Call to Love the Unborn, Unloved & Neglected.” Kristie contributed to this volume, which focuses on more than pro-life issues. In this work, sisters like Kristie and Trillia seeks to minister to all types of women—young, elderly, and everyone in between. The volume features pastor wives, mothers who have adopted children, and scholars. C’mon up on The Front Porch to learn about this good work.

Kristie Anyabwile
Kristie Anyabwile is the wife of Thabiti, who serves as a pastor at Anacostia River Church (Washington DC). She is the joyful mother of two daughters and one son.
Trillia Newbell
Trillia Newbell is the author of Fear and Faith: Finding the Peace Your Heart Craves (2015) and United: Captured by God's Vision for Diversity (2014). Her writings on issues of faith, family, and diversity have been published in the Knoxville News-Sentinel, Desiring God, Christianity Today, Relevant Magazine, The Gospel Coalition, and more. She is currently Director of Community Outreach for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for the Southern Baptist Convention. For fun, she enjoys cycling, spending time with her family, and listening to a variety of music. Trillia is married to her best friend, Thern, they reside with their two children near Nashville, TN.
